Individual and Couples Sessions are 50 minutes, except for the initial couples session which is 75 minutes.

​I conduct them in my private home office primarily. I also work with clients over the phone or Skype if distance is an obstacle.

My coaching/counseling is not covered under insurance plans, but often my rates are competitive with insurance copays.

 

The cost of the session is due at completion in either cash, check or credit card. If you prefer PayPal, I can make arrangements for that as well.

My recommendation for new clients is to commit to four (4) sessions to begin with. This allows me to truly get to know my client(s) as far as life history and begin to understand the influences in her/his life.

New Clients are asked to bring the completed "New Client Form" with them to their first session. If it's "Couples Coaching," I ask that each person complete her/his own individual form and bring it along. The link to my form is below and also in the menu at the top.
